Kidney Cancer Forum

Kidney Cancer Canada is a national community of patients, caregivers and health professionals who work to provide every Canadian touched by kidney cancer with support, education and advocacy for their care pathways and treatment options.

The client needed help organizing and running their annual conference in a virtual format.

Canadian Webinar Solutions (CWS) was tasked with:

• Virtual Conference Organization: Setting up the conference on a virtual trusted platform and ensuring that all aspects of the virtual conference were prepared.
• Provision of Technical support: Providing technical support to panelists and attendees both before and during the conference.

• Virtual Platform and Registration: CWS chose an appropriate virtual platform to host the meeting on. We also developed and integrated a branded registration page for the event.
• Platform Access and Use Assistance: Our team was available via email, phone and chat prior to and during the conference to resolve any platform-related issues.

• Increase in Participants: Due to the conference being held virtually, the number of participants from different geographical locations increased. This allowed for the sharing of relevant information to new audiences that may not have been able to participate in an in-person event.
• Heightened engagement: CWS’s technical support team ensured that all participants were easily able to join the virtual event and use all of the platform’s functionality.

The services provided by CWS made for a successful and well attended event. The branded registration process was seamless and easy to navigate. Our technical support team resolved any attendee technical issues quickly and effectively, ensuring successful access to information. The client continues to partner with CWS to put on this conference annually.
