McKesson Corporation is a multinational healthcare company that distributes pharmaceuticals and provides health information technology, medical supplies and health management tools. The company was looking to present information about their patient management services and tools to prospective clients via a virtual forum.

The goal was to design and develop a sleek custom layout design and run a webinar series that conveyed the company’s expertise and provided critical information to prospective clients about their products and services.

Canadian Webinar Solutions (CWS) was tasked with:

• Webinar Registration Setup and Management: Creating a registration page to collect participant information and send access links after registration.
• Custom Webinar Layout: Designing a custom layout to use for the webinar series. The layout needed to represent the client’s general brand and direction of the webinar series.

CWS delivered a functional registration page and customized layout solution:

• Registration: We set up the webinar series on a trusted platform, collected registrant information and sent individualized access links to each participant.
• Webinar Layout: A customized webinar layout was designed that incorporated the client’s company branding and highlighted the webinar series theme.

The webinar series was presented using the customized layout design:

• Custom Layout: The custom webinar layout design that CWS created was seamlessly integrated into the webinar series, making for a professional branded look.
• Easy Registration: All registrants were able to easily register for and access the webinar series.

Canadian Webinar Solutions’ partnership with McKesson resulted in the successful execution of the webinar series. The registration process was easy-to-use for attendees and the custom webinar layout accurately reflected the client’s brand and conveyed it to participants.
