Challenges:

The client was looking to put on a series of online webinars to build relationships with marketing professionals working across Canada, by providing them with valuable marketing insights.

Objectives:

Canadian Webinar Solutions was tasked with:

  • Webinar Registration Setup and Management: Creating a registration page to collect participant information and send access links upon registration.
  • Technical Support: Providing real-time technical support to webinar participants as well as presenters.

Solution:

The CWS team developed an appropriate registration portal and provided technical support for the webinars:

  • Registration: We set up the webinar series using a leading webinar platform, allowing for easy registration for attendees and providing each of them with unique access links.
  • Webinar Support: Our experienced team was available before and during the event to provide technical support and resolve issues.

  • Real-time support: Our staff was available before and throughout the webinar series to answer technical questions and resolve any issues that arose.
  • Easy Registration Process: An easy to sue registration process was in place, allowing users to seamlessly register for and attend the webinar series.

Conclusion:

Canadian Webinar Solutions created an easy to navigate, customized and fully branded registration portal, ensuring all participants could quickly register for the webinar series. This custom branded registration portal also allowed for unique tracking links to capture what the lead source is for each registrant. Our team also provided Phase 5 staff with the required support throughout the whole of the webinar series.
